Four S Business Associate was established on April 14th 2003 as a proprietary company by a group of friends with the aim of creating an efficient distribution network to deliver high tech healthcare consumables and disposable at affordable cost to Hospitals in Tamil Nadu. A couple of years later the company grew into a professional outfit with a widened scope of catering to the All India market.

FOUR S BUSINESS ASSOCIATE PRIVATE LIMITED was born with a registration with the Commerce Ministry of the Govt. of India.

Five years on the march towards realization of the latest technology at the grass root level continues.

We import products from international giants like Edwards Cardiac Anaesthesia, Hudson critical care, Becton and Dickson, Vascular access, Zonatech surgical Instruments and many more. We also form a channel for domestic products from the likes of Lifeline Systems, Safemed drainage products, Teleflex, Sisco Ltd (Gibeck Filters) and others.
  • Effective distribution of international products/services and quality domestic products within India is the main focus of Four S. Our distribution network reaches private, corporate, semi governmental institutions and government super specialty hospitals in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. Our service clients also the re-distribution networks in Kerala and Karnataka.

D.SENGUTTUVAN – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Is a post graduate in administration with over 20 years of marketing, sales and administrative experience in the healthcare industry. His experience and expertise drive the company’s quality upgradation and quality control policies. His ambition is to take the company to the heights of excellence through dedicated service.

C.SATHYA DEVI - DIRECTOR
Comes from the educational field having contributed as a respected teacher in the past. an excellent administrator with exceptional administrative knowledge and skills in the re-distribution sector she oversees office administration and statutory requirements.

Ms.N. BHUVANESWARI - GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTANTS
a post graduate in accounts, she has an impeccable record of over 20 years in accounting and auditing company accounts in varied fields including manufacturing, trading, and distribution, plastic and chemical industries.

MR.THANABALAN – AUDITOR
a reputed chartered accountant with Xavier and Thanabalan Associates, Chennai, he has over 20 years experience in internal and external auditing. Phenomenal knowledge and experience gained with the likes of Canara Bank, P&B, Cholamandalam, Tube S Products has guided our financial dealings and record maintenance.

MR. RAJENDRAN – COMPANY SECRETARY ( consultant )
with a registered office in Chennai, is our expert consultant. His freelancing services have guided us in meeting statutory procedures.

MR. FAZULUL HAQ - LEGAL AID ( consultant )
a reputed civil, criminal and tax lawyer and consultant he has been a very effective practitioner of the profession for over 15 years with a high degree of success. His legal advice has been invaluable and has guided our operations ably. He practices with his brother in the High Court of Chennai.
